High Intensity Interval Training

Instructor - Heather Stanton 

This challenging class combines intervals of cardio with super-setting of strength exercises to keep up the intensity.  The best of bootcamp, sport conditioning and circuit training principles are used to keep this class interesting.  Great class to get you in shape for all your seasonal activities!

Mornings:  Monday & Thursday  6-7 am

& Saturday 8-9 am

Evenings:  Monday & Wednesday  6-7 pm. 

10 Punch Pass for Group Fitness Classes 

Member - $60.    Non Member - $105

     Drop In Member - $10                                   Non Member - $15

  


OsteoFit for Life 

Instructor - Heather Stanton

For people with osteoporosis and osteopenia and 3rd Age members who require a safe full body workout. This class begins in a sitting evironment and progresses to the Keiser funtional trainer and includes a balance component.  Oh yes, and there is socializing too!

Monday & Wednesday - 1:00 - 2:00 pm.

Tuesday & Thursday -  11:00 - 12:00 noon

OsteoFit for Life is included in your ProActive membership.

 

 

All ProActive and ProSport instructors are BCRPA or Twist Certified

 

 

 

 


OsteoWeights

 Instructor-Tanya Kraft

 

This class is for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia & 3rd age members who require a safe full body workout. This class begins with a standing warm up and balance portion and progresses to the Keiser weight training machines with instruction/guidance from a certified trainer. This class is more challenging than Osteofit with more emphasis on resistance training.

Tuesday & Thursday - 10:00 - 11:00 am
