ProActive Fitness is not limited to older adults.  We train and accept members of all ages.  We also train athletes of all ages.

We have 3 spaces for you to achieve your fitness goals. 

1. ProActive Fitness gym offers a state of the art  facility featuring :Precor, Woodway, Nustep and Biodex cardio equipment, Keiser pneumatic strength including functional and performance trainers, True and Precor stretch trainers and much more.

2. ProSport Conditioning studio offers all the tools for strength, agility, cardio, balance and much more!  Great for small group curcuit training, stability ball, Bosu, medicine ball, TRX,etc. etc. etc.

3. The PAD outdoors, is an awsome space for: ladders, agility cones, hurdles, medicine balls, etc. Or run the stairs!

We also have field training in the spring ,summer and fall when we can utilise the various locations where we can pull out the parachutes, dual resistance belts, overspeed and slingshots, cat belts and more.  

Our Athlete training programs offer modern training methods with all the tools to provide high quality performance sessions for athletes in training for all levels of sport in either group or one on one sessions.

All of the ProActive and ProSport insructors and coaches are certified and experienced  trainers.
