Please note that vibration memberships are limited to 10 min. per day for Vata machines and 1/2 hr. per visit to a Max. of 4 visits per week for Power Plates. Use of the Power Plates requires that you purchase a 1/2hr. training session before you use these machines.  This is to ensure proper use and safety to reach your health and fitness goals.

ProActive memberships includes the use of our ProSport Conditioning Studio when there are no scheduled classes.  Please see schedule of classes to determine available times. This option is only available or limited to members that are comfortable and competent to workout without supervision.

To become a member we require that you complete our prescreening form and a PAR-Q(participant readiness questionaire) as well as our participant waiver form.
