   Heather Stanton

Heather has a BPE from UBC and is a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders.  She has over 30 years of experience in the industry which includes Exercise Therapy, Personal Training, Third Age, Osteofit, YMCA Joint Works, Can-Fit-Pro Sport Conditioning and is an ACE Clinical exercise specialist.  She is dedicated to helping people become more active and achieving their goals. In 2004 Heather was awarded Personal Trainer of the Year for the BCRPA. In 2006 Heather was the Aquafit Instructor of the year. More recently, she was awarded Fitness Leader of the Year for 2011 by the BCRPA. She is truly a fitness leader.  Heather is also an avid skier and enjoys biking and walking.



Alyssa Blair

Alyssa has a BHKin from UBCO, as well as a Psychology minor.  Additionally, she holds a SportsMedBC SportsAid certificate, a BCAK membership, and a Twist Level 2 Sport Movement certificate. Alyssa grew up in Salmon Arm, where she played hockey for over 10 years; her hockey highlights include competing at the BC Winter Games in 2008, winning a Provincial Female Midget Tier 1 Championship in 2009, and coaches Female Midget Tier 1. She is expanding her skills in Active Rehabilitation and as a Sport Conditioning Coach. As a high-energetic and motivated individual, Alyssa is fully committed to educating and assisting people achieve their fitness goals.


Tanya Kraft

Tanya is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Leader, Weight Trainer, Group Fitness and Older Populations instructor.  She is a mother of two active children.  Tanya along with her husband and children live in Sicamous where she also teaches exercise classes.  In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.  Her aim with every client is to educate, motivate and help them develop and maintain a positive attitude towards physical fitness. Tanya believes training should be fun as well as challenging.  




Barclay is an important member of our staff as he is our chief greeter.  He specializes in sleep therapy and can always come up with a way to put a smile on your face.  He likes to supervise the OsteoFit Group, the Arthritis Group and the Balance Groups.  Going for walks and playing fetch are some of his favorite activities.
