Heather Stanton
Heather has a BPE from UBC and is a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry which includes Exercise Therapy, Personal Training, Third Age, Osteofit, YMCA Joint Works, Can-Fit-Pro Sport Conditioning and is an ACE Clinical exercise specialist. She is dedicated to helping people become more active and achieving their goals. In 2004 Heather was awarded Personal Trainer of the Year for the BCRPA. In 2006 Heather was the Aquafit Instructor of the year. More recently, she was awarded Fitness Leader of the Year for 2011 by the BCRPA. She is truly a fitness leader. Heather is also an avid skier and enjoys biking and walking.

Ron Stanton
Ron has a Diploma from V.C.C. Langara in Recreation Leadership. He is a BCRPA certified Weight Trainer and Third Age instructor and is a certified Twist Sport Conditioning Coach. In addition, Ron has 23 years experience in customer service and 20 years of sports coaching. Ron has played hockey, soccer and baseball on competitive teams. Ron also is an avid skier and squash player. He is a certified hockey official with 10 years experience.

Christina Lutz
Christina is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and the newest addition to the personal training team at ProActive Fitness. She has attained Fitness Theory, Weight Training, and the Third Age Module thru the BCRPA fitness education program and is currently working toward a designation in OsteoFit. With her experience in the Seniors' care sector as a Recreation Aide, her training lends her to comfortably and safely encourage fitness programs for the retired people of Salmon Arm. She is also certified in First Aid and CPR. Christina brings with her 15+ years experience in business administration and a certificate in Applied Business Technology. She enjoys curling, walking for fitness and being outdoors.
Max Stanton
Max is currently enrolled at the University of the Fraser Valley in the second year of a Kinesiology Degree. He is also the assistant trainer with the Abbottsford Heat of the AHL. Max is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and has attended several Twist Sport Conditioning summits and training workshops.
Max has worked the past three summers as a sport conditioning coach with our ProSport division where he is the coordinator and head instructor of our kids summer camps and Salmon Arm Hockey School off ice program. Max is an avid soccer player and enjoys playing baseball and snowboarding or skiing.

Morgan Stanton
Morgan is currently enrolled at UBC Okanagan where is is studying 4th year Human Kinetics and plays goal on the varsity soccer team. He is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and Aqua Fit instructor. Morgan is also a certified lifeguard and water safety and swim instructor. He has also attended several fitness conferences and sport conditioning workshops with Twist Sport Conditioning.

Robin Greencorn
Robin is a Certified Rehabilitation Assistant with a Diploma in Aqua Percept and is BCRPA certified in Group Fitness, Weight Training, and Aquatic Fitness. Robin has been teaching fitness for 15 years and provides experienced leadership skills and quality classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. Robin has extensive experience with specialty populations, teaches all levels of fitness, and can challenge the beginner and the advanced participant in any class.

Maggie Shykula - Ross
Mags excells at hockey and soccer. She plays for the Kelowna Major Midget team and is a member of team BC u18. Maggie is currently completing the BCRPA Fitness Leader certification. She can been seen in the gym holding down the front desk or leading our kids camps and training players from Salmon Arm Hockey School.
Troy McLellan
Troy has recently moved from Coquitlam to Salmon Arm to Play Junior B hockey with the Sicamous Eagles. Troy played all of his minor hockey with the Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association in the rep program. Check out an Eagles game and cheer for #24. Troy is also currently working on the BCRPA Fitness Theory certification. You can see Troy in the gym working behind the desk or working .

Stephanie Stanton
Stephanie is a certified BCRPA Fitness Leader, Lifeguard, Swim Instructor and Aquafit Instructor. Steph can be seen helping out in the gym as required.
Molly Doodle D.O.G.
Molly greets members upon arrival and supervises the Osteofit gals. She specializes in treat eating and sleep therapy. Molly likes to vocalize when there are sharp noises in the gym. She is a good listener and likes to have a pat on the head.
